Do you have a mailing list?

We sure do! You can sign up for the mailing list on the front page of the website, near the bottom. it's quick and the easiest way to ensure you never miss out on promotions!


What conventions are you currently attending?

Our convention schedule is available in our 'Events' section


Do you offer wholesale on your products?

Yes. Most of our products are available for wholesale. Please check out our 'wholesale' section for more information.


Are your products child safe?

Our items are not for children under the age of 5. Most of our items are tiny and may serve as a choking hazard. 


Are your products allergen free?

All of our products come from a smoke free and pet free home. All metals are made from a nickel free and hypoallergenic material. Please note that if you have sever allergies to any metal but pure gold and silver, you many want to consider purchasing replacement findings for your jewelry.


Can I commission you?

Yes :) When commissions are opened I will make an announcement on Facebook, Twitch, and through our mailing list. These are on a first come first serve basis.


Can you create a physical custom piece for me?

No, we cannot. We have a minimum order per design we have to meet, so if you ask for a special item to be made, we would have to order in bulk.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in USD.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.


How do I enter a discount code at checkout?

As you complete your purchase you'll be directed to PayPal. Use PayPal to confirm your address, order amount, etc and pay for your items. You'll then be directed back to our page to enter any notes for the order, as well as discount codes. Enter your code carefully, submit it, and it will be applied before your PayPal purchase is finalized.


Do you accept other methods of payment than credit cards and PayPal?

At the current time we do not accept any other forms of payment. If you need another form of payment please consider PayPal's 'Money Packs!' These are cards that can be purchased at local stores that you can load  the acquired money pack amount into a PayPal account! https://www.moneypak.com/ 

I am checking out with my order but PayPal is not including shipping price?

Once you finish checking out, you will be directed back to the website to select your shipping method, and once you confirm, the final payment amount will be authorized.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship world wide!

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international shipping may take longer than normal. Please check with your local post office or online for updates on your countries' shipping updates with the global pandemic. 

 

International Shipping Customs Fees

Please Note: Customs Fees may be associated with international orders. We do not control shipping laws and regulations for international shipping, so we cannot guarantee there will not be a fee associated with your package. We do not control these fees, nor do we claim to be experts on when/how fees are applied to your package. If you need to know what type of fees are associated ahead of time, please look up your countries specific customs laws. 


How do you ship orders?

We ship via US Postal Service with PayPal labels (USA) and Standard Customs Forms. (Outside of the USA). We only use USPS, so times are based off of their shipping times for domestic, international, and priority.


How much is shipping?

It varies by order totals. We have a system that calculates with data from the USPS to get the rates that are charged to you.

How long before ships? How long before I receive my order?

Processing and order packaging takes 1-3 business days from order date. Shipping days are normally Tuesday & Friday each week. Shipping time within the USA is normally 3-7 business days. Shipping time for international orders normally take 14-21 business days, but can be delayed by your countries customs. When and if that occurs, it may take up to an additional 3 weeks.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international shipping may take longer than normal. Please check with your local post office or online for updates on your countries' shipping updates with the global pandemic.

• When your order ships there will be an e-mail notification sent to you.
• Orders paid for with an e-check will not ship until the payment clears.
Package going outside the USA may be subject to the customs fees of your country. Please note that if you are charged a fee for your goods, as per your countries importing regulations, you are responsible for payment. 


Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Our postage is printed online so the only status you will see when you search the number is "electronic shipping information received".


If I accidentally used the wrong address, what can I do?!

• If your order was recently placed within 24 hours please e-mail us immediately with your transaction ID. If it has not been shipped we can easily fix the label.
• If the package has already shipped you must contact the person at the address you shipped it to or wait for it to be returned to us. 

• A reshipment charge will be invoiced to you before the package is shipped again to the correct address.
• If the package does not arrive at the incorrect address or does not return to us, we are not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement.


Do you accept returns / exchanges?

We only accept exchanges if a product arrives damaged. No exchanges will be accepted beyond 10 days after the ship date for US order. For international orders, exchanges will not be accepted 20 days after the ship date. For your convenience there are size charts listed on every apparel page. Please make sure to check it before ordering to avoid any problems. Returns are not accepted.

I ordered a pre-order item a long time ago and have yet to receive it?

Please note Pre-Order items (such as plush) are usually not shipped immediately. Their ship date will always be available in the "Item Description" section of the items page at the time of order. If you order other items with a Pre-Order items all items will be held until the Pre-Order items ship, as you're paying for combined shipping. If you need partial delivery before the Pre-Order items arrive, we recommend making two separate orders to avoid confusion and delays.
